Every process is different and we can be flexible. The below shows an idea of how we can work together:

  • We might get in contact through a broker or directly. At this point, I want to learn about the great things you have accomplished and your plans for the future.

  • We get to know one another better.

  • Using an initial set of information, analyze the merits of the business including quality of revenue, margins, team, customer concentration, and potential risks.

  • If we are aligned on valuation, we might ask for some additional information to put together a formal offer including structure.

  • Following the signing of the LOI, we will work together to perform diligence on different key aspects of the business including financial, legal, operations.

  • Sign the final purchase agreement, transfer funds, and celebrate the great opportunities to come.
